Subsidiaries merged into Rautaruukki Corporation
Rautaruukki Oyj Stock Exchange Release 4 June 2007 at 11.30
The mergers of Rautaruukki Corporation's Finnish subsidiaries TOP-Teräs Oy,
Rautaruukki International Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Pakilantie 61-63 were entered in
the Trade Register on 4 June 2007. The assets and liabilities of these
companies have been merged into Rautaruukki Corporation.
These actions simplify Group structure.
